Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within the United States. (Excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. Territories.)
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after ordering.
How long does shipping take?
We ship using UPS®Ground, which means you'll get your order in 2 - 5 business days from the shipment date
Can I change my shipping address?
Yup! Generally, you can within 24 hours of ordering. Contact us at support@wagsnwiggles.store immediately with your order number, and the correct address. The more info you provide, the sooner we can update it for you. We can’t guarantee we'll catch your order in time, but we’ll try our absolute best.
Make sure you type ‘Urgent: Change Shipping Address’ in the subject line. Any other title may cause delay in the delivery of your order.
In the case your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to send you another one so it’s best to contact UPS.
Will I get a tracking number with my order?
Absolutely! It’ll be automatically sent to your email. And once you get that email it means your order has been shipped.
Returns n' Exchanges
What is your return policy?
30 days from the date of purchase. No questions asked. Your item must be unused and have the original packaging.
If you have an issue after 30 days, shoot us a message at support@wagsnwiggles.store and we’ll do our best to make it right. :)
How long does it take to process a return?
Usually, about a week. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. Once the item is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and you’ll get an email notification so you’ll know it’s gone through.
How do I start a return or exchange?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we're happy to initiate the return process as long as it’s within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Just message us at support@wagsnwiggles.store and we’ll help you out.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Before an item has shipped you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. Once your item has shipped, our return policy will take effect.
My order has been partially fulfilled — huh?
Don’t worry! This is normal. We promise. This just means that some items of your order may have been shipped from different warehouses, or there may have been a delay due to pre-order, sale items, or back-ordered products.
Can I update my order?
We try to process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to update your order is to email us at support@wagsnwiggles.store
Will I receive my items in one package?
For logistical reasons, sometimes items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages to ensure quality in packaging. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
I recently order and item and now it's discounted. Can I get the discounted price?
Sorry. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts.
Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, Discover, Diners. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Payments, Amazon Pay, and Paypal.
When will my card be charged?
Once your order is processed to ship. So, usually 1-2 business days.
If you’re paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card.
I have not received my refund yet, why is that?
If you haven’t, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take 2-5 business days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

QuickDry™ Bowl Base
What is diatomite earth?
Diatomite, or diatomaceous earth, is a natural occurring mineral made out of dried algae.
It’s super absorbent, fast drying, and helps prevent mold. It’s antimicrobial, eco-friendly, and food grade.

How to care for the QuickDry™ Bowl Base?
It’s easy. Essentially, make sure it properly dries out between uses.
If it ever becomes saturated, say a bowl of water spills on it, rest it vertically against a wall and let it fully dry.
What if it gets stained?
Water will not stain the base. But other liquids can.
If any other liquid is spilled on it, we’d dab that up with a paper towel first before it gets absorbed.
If it creates a mild stain, a nice wet sand with the included sandpaper will get off any marks.
If that doesn’t do it, a bit of hydrogen peroxide should do the trick.
Is my existing bowl compatible with the base?
The crease on the base is intended to securely hold our ceramic bowls and prevent pets from moving them during mealtime, which is why we recommend bundling the base with one of our bowls.
However, any regular bowl with a bottom diameter of less than 6.5 inches will fit in the crease, but we don't guarantee that it will lock in place.
Why does it come with 3M stickers?
These are to be placed under the base. They provide a non-slip base while protecting your floors.
We recommend you use them to prevent any breaking due to uneven floors.
Can it be used on any type of surface?
The QuickDry™ Bowl Base is best suited for flat surfaces. It is recommended to avoid using it on uneven or inclined surfaces, as this may compromise its integrity and increase the risk of breakage.
What happens if my water base breaks?
We’ve got a 30-day product guarantee that covers standard use on flat surfaces. If it breaks from common, everyday use, get in touch and we’ll help you replace it.
If it breaks from dropping, or other unintended uses, unfortunately we won’t be able to replace it, but please do reach out and we’ll send you your very own discount code to help you out.
