Shipment processing time
Please allow up to 1 business day to process your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed between Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Order cutoff time
Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within the U.S. over $50.
Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $9.95
We ship anywhere within the United States. (Excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. Territories.). We do not ship internationally at this time.
We ship using UPS®Ground, which means you'll get your order in 2 - 5 business days from the shipment date
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment address change
Generally, you can within 24 hours of ordering. Contact us at support@wagsnwiggles.store immediately with your order number, and the correct address. The more info you provide, the sooner we can update it for you. We can’t guarantee we'll catch your order in time, but we’ll try our absolute best.
Make sure you type ‘Urgent: Change Shipping Address’ in the subject line. Any other title may cause delay in the delivery of your order.
In the case your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to send you another one so it’s best to contact UPS.
