Returns n' refunds

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please tell us immediately. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all online purchases. 

We are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase as long as it meets our requirements below. 

1) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

3) To start the process, please send us an email at support@wagsnwiggles.store with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product, wrong size, no longer want it)
  • Pictures of the item
  • What you'd like (exchange or refund)

4) The cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer. However, as a business we get discounts from UPS, and we would love to pass on those savings to you. So if you wish, we will manually create a return label for you and we will deduct the shipping cost when you receive your refund.

5) If you decide to use another carrier, to assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

6) After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in re-sellable condition.

7) If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@wagsnwiggles.store

If you change your mind and no longer want the product, we will gladly take it back and issue you a full refund for your order, as long as it's unused and it's original condition, and you contact us within 30 days or your oder date. The customer is responsible for the cost of return.

If you receive a product that's broken or defective, we will send you a new item and in this case, cover the cost of the return of the damaged item.

If you have an issue after 30 days, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item. But please shoot us a message at support@wagsnwiggles.store and we’ll do our best to make it right. :)
